Upcoming Training Opportunities:

 

Adaptive Management Courses Available!

FOS now offers its training program, Adaptive Management for Conservation Success to conservation and resource management practitioners and project teams. Courses are available in-person, online, and for academic credit.

 

FOS courses focus on the core skills of adaptive management that are increasingly required by conservation organizations worldwide.  All courses are based on the CMP Open Standards and use Miradi software among other tools to introduce students to the process of adaptive management.

New! Updated Guidance on Developing Conceptual Models

FOS has recently completed updated guidance on developing conceptual models. The guidance piece - Using Conceptual Models to Document a Situation Analysis - includes several useful tips, as well as real-world examples.
