Training & Coaching

FOS provides training and coaching services that follow the CMP Open Standards for the Practice of Conservation and are focused on helping  conservation teams develop or refine the skills they need to do effective adaptive management.

FOS offers in-person and online courses, as well as academic training courses in the following topics:

  • Project design and planning
  • Monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment
  • Analysis of quantitative and qualitative data
  • Documentation of lessons learned and communication of results
